great locationcomfy rooms
The location was great. It had a carrefour almost in front. it's near two main metro stations and very comfy rooms. the hotel staff elevated the experience!!!
The room lacked enough towels. I wish there were more. the windows didn't close fully.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating, i felt welcomed. the location is perfect because its very close to tuileries metro. walking distance to cafes made it easy for me. two stops to champs elysees made exploring easy too.
the room did not have a coffee maker, what a shame. kettle for heating water had a film on the bottom, unappealing. there was no body lotion in the bathroom, so i had to buy some.

the location was useful. i found many shops and restaurants nearby. also, the louvre was so close. the staff were helpful. i thought i got great value for money.
our room didnt had enough towels. the windows didnt close fully. there were only three croissants in a basket for breakfast, and half a bottle of juice, disappointing. the front desk person ignored us. he played on his phone.
